Its Workplace Friction score is generated from patterns in the short situation you describe, and its influence guidance highlights what may or may not be within your practical control. These outputs are not factual findings about what happened, who is correct, or who is responsible.

The site does not provide legal, employment, medical, mental-health, financial, emergency, or other professional advice. Do not rely on an output as the sole basis for disciplinary action, termination, accusations, legal claims, safety decisions, diagnosis, or treatment.
